How to care for your MSD jewelry:

General Care

Lightly rub with a cleaning cloth periodically to remove dirt and oils.

To avoid accelerating the patina process, do not shower with your jewelry on or store it in the bathroom, as water and humidity will darken the metal.

Cleaning

To remove patina/discoloration from raw brass pieces, make a solution of ¼ cup white vinegar, 1 tsp. dish soap, and 1 cup warm water. 

Soak the jewelry until cleaned, about 3-5 minutes. 

Rinse and dry well.

Gift wrapping is available!  Add on gift wrap for $1 per item at checkout. Gift receipts will be included with all orders that request gift wrap.

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.  USPS First Class Mail arrive 3-7 business days after your order is shipped.  USPS Priority Mail arrives within 1-3 business days after your order is shipped (not 1-3 days after your order is placed). Insurance is added to all orders.  *Please pay attention to the delivery update emails and keep your eye out for your package.  If your order is marked as delivered but not actually received, we cannot make an insurance claim and replace your order.*

International orders outside North America are shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail flat rate.  Michelle Starbuck Designs is not responsible for any customs fees.
